The author of the work, noting the relevance of the issue of prevention of septic complications in the postoperative period, analyzes the results of 135 pregnant women after abdominal delivery. On the basis of reasonable care by lymphotropic administration of antibiotics and treatment of post-operative wounds, reduce postoperative complications reached 2 times.
